Positive for COVID-19?

Get COVID-19 treatment quickly with a free telemedicine appointment without leaving home. You have to start taking treatment within 5 days after your symptoms begin – seek treatment early!

A telemedicine provider can:

  • Recommend if you need treatment
  • Send a prescription for antiviral pills to your local pharmacy or mailing address

Make a telemedicine appointment if you are COVID-19 positive and: 

  • 12 or older
  • Experiencing mild-to-moderate symptoms
  • At high risk for severe illness

Health Insurance and ID are NOT required.

How do I make an appointment?

Visit StarMed.Care/nc or call 704-941-6000 between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. to schedule a phone or video telemedicine visit.

Services and support are available in more than 200 languages, including English, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, French, Vietnamese, Korean and Russian.
