What are Welcome Rooms?

Our Welcome Rooms are a space for members to ask about plans and benefits, speak to WellCare of North Carolina representatives, or use computers and other resources. No appointment needed.

We offer 5 Welcome Rooms across the state. All Welcome Rooms are open Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm.
