State Extends Hurricane Helene Policy Flexibilities to Support Providers and Members

The state has extended the Hurricane Helene Policy Flexibilities to Support Providers and Members until February 28, 2025.

This updated bulletin includes:

  • New end dates for the flexibilities.
  • Additional flexibilities for Behavioral Health, Care Management, Innovations, and Long-Term Services & Supports.

The flexibilities in this bulletin are retroactively effective from September 26, 2024, through February 28, 2025, unless otherwise communicated
by DHHS.
